Slippers & Socks Collection
Activity: In memory of Christ’s service of washing his disciples’ feet at the Last Supper, each Holy Thursday we collect new slippers and socks to warm and comfort the feet of the elderly and homeless in our area. Volunteers make posters, do publicity and deliver items.
Volunteers: Families, all ages; Adult to deliver items after Easter Sunday
Time Commitment: 1 hour to deliver items; other activities vary.
