** Bagged meals assembly has returned to the Parish Hall as of January 2025**
1) Prepare Bagged Meals for the Homeless:
Activity: Assemble 50 bagged meals for the homeless in support of PathForward. Meals are prepared in the Parish Hall from 4:45pm to about 5:30pm, on the third Tuesday of every month. (Bagged meal supplies will be provided.)
Volunteers: 12 and up; supervised children 6 and older also welcomed.
Time Commitment: Forty-five minutes to an hour; come one time or regularly.

2) Deliver the 50 bagged meals to PathForward
Activity: Deliver the 50 assembled bagged meals to the PathForward shelter at 2020A 14th St North, in the Arlington Courthouse area, across from the police station. Two volunteers are needed for delivery. Signup via signup genius, link below
Volunteers: Adults or youth over 16; licensed drivers.
Time commitment: about one hour

Serve Evening Meal at the PathForward (formerly A-SPAN) Shelter:
Activity: Help setup the serving area, including making and setting out drinks, condiments, napkins, and utensils; serve dinner to clients from 5:30 pm to 6:30pm; set aside and store leftovers, and do light cleanup of the serving area.
Volunteers: Adults, or youth over 18, are welcome. High-school age volunteers re welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult.
Requirements: Volunteers must be fully vaccinated, complete an application, and attend a virtual orientation, scheduled twice/month. See PathFoward link for information on these requirements and to sign up as a volunteer :
